Paul D. Dykstra

Paul D. Dykstra is a partner in Ganan & Shapiro’s Peoria office.  Mr. Dykstra represents businesses in the defense of workers’ compensation cases before arbitrators, the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission, Circuit and Appellate Courts. Mr. Dykstra currently handles matters pending in Kewanee, Illinois.

Mr. Dykstra has served as a guest lecturer for a number of seminars and training sessions.  Mr. Dykstra is a member of several organizations, including the Illinois State Bar Association, the Workers’ Compensation Lawyers Association and the Peoria County Bar Association.

Mr. Dykstra joined Ganan & Shapiro as an associate attorney in 2001. He earned his J.D., from The Law School at Drake University in 1993. He graduated magna cum laude from Bradley University in 1990.
